Magical Memories

Growing up visiting my grandmother's farm, my favorite place was always the barn. I spent many, many hours as a child playing there. There were bales of hay to climb and hide in. I found barn cats to pet.  Stalls became play houses, jails, and caves and sticks were riden as though they were horses. My art is a unique artistic venture that celebrates the nostalgia of old barns.  The Magical Memories series brings to life the mysterious and inviting atmosphere of an old barn, with the lingering smells of hay and grains, the sound of rain on the tin roof, the smell of tobacco and the fading memory of life in the barn.
